Overview

We are looking for a passionate CRM and Digital Executive who has the willingness and determination to learn in a fast-paced environment and with a brand currently experiencing hypergrowth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data-driven targeted email, SMS and push campaigns that drive business objectives.
• Implement A/B testing and optimisations to campaigns where necessary to ensure continuous test and learns.
• Optimise the customer journey via owned digital channels to drive business objectives and improve customer experience.
• Oversee the online web and app content – ensuring content accurately reflects brand personality.
• Brief creative agency on tactical campaign and brand collateral.
• Work closely with internal teams including Customer Service, Product, Finance and Compliance.
• Use reporting tools such as PowerBI, GA4 and internal systems to assess results and make further optimisations.
• Generate reports for both CRM campaigns and owned channels.

Skills

• 3+ years proven experience in a similar CRM / Direct Marketing position.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms
• Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI, GA4
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related.
• Understanding of marketing best practices in CRM and digital owned channels.
• Creative thinker, results driven and team player.
• excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.
