We're looking for a bit of a unicorn! Someone who loves being out in the field installing tech and networking equipment as much as they love being in the office on IT HelpDesk. It really is the best of both worlds!

As an IT Deployment technician you will be responsible for the helpdesk, coordination, installation & deployment of our clients IT & VOIP telephony solutions, Cisco Meraki equipment as well as their Microsoft environment. It's a really dynamic role.

You will:

A valid Australian Drivers License;

Strong working knowledge of networks systems and telecommunications;

Have extensive, hands-on experience in IT networking, including configuring and installing Routers, Firewalls, Switching, Voice and Wifi solutions;

Strong working knowledge and understanding of communications technologies such as NBN, SIP, ISDN, PSTN, and VoIP;

Experience &/or certifications in Cisco Meraki advantageous;

Experience in ICT Helpdesk

Thrive in a customer service environment & have great attention to detail & resolving issues;

Be a great communicator, a team player, be action oriented, work collaboratively, and will be a great advocate for our ‘customer's experience';

Have great time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple open jobs at varying stages ensuring that customers are informed of key milestones and expectations;
