As we grow, we're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Helpdesk Level 1 Technician to join our team and be the first line of support for our clients.
Position Overview:
As a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician, you’ll be responsible for handling basic technical issues and service requests. You’ll log incidents, provide troubleshooting assistance, and escalate more complex problems as needed. This is a great opportunity to grow your IT career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office applications
Manage user accounts, both Onboarding and Offboarding, and perform other basic administrative tasks
Document issues and resolutions clearly in the Helpdesk system
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support or relevant departments
Provide remote and in-person support as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of IT support or helpdesk experience (preferred but not required)
Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus
Experience with Connectwise would be advantageous
