As our next the Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining Company network infrastructure on Swoop transmission sites, connecting end-user sites to the Swoop transmission sites, and performing maintenance where needed.
The role is based in Nurioopta, South Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of all residential and business services in non-complex buildings (single occupier, 3 stories or less).
Installation and maintenance of all residential and business services in complex buildings under supervision or direction.
Installation and maintenance for; fixed wireless customer installs, fixed wireless transmissions site installs, changes to transmission site installs, customer service calls and data centre changes.
Assisting with warehousing and logistics to maintain relevant stock levels across the field teams.
Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment where needed.
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions, communicating findings and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
Your experience and qualifications
Experience working in a Field Technician role in a telecommunications company and/or networks service provider preferred.
High level of customer focus with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage through IT systems, with experience in using Customer Management Systems, Ticketing Systems and the Microsoft suite of products
Ability to work safely and effectively at all times.
Willingness to work at heights on towers and roofs is essential.
Hold a White Card, Driver's License, and National Police Clearance.
