We are looking for Level 2 IT Support and Helpdesk Technicians at Network Alliance in our office located in Brisbane CBD.

Responsibilities

Working within our busy Helpdesk Support Team

Responding to requests for IT support efficiently and effectively (Onsite and remotely)

Installing, upgrading, and repairing computer hardware, software, printers

Monitoring, identifying, and resolving application, network and hardware faults

Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar IT Support role

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 support, deployment, and admin

Experience in ticketing systems (ConnectWise) is ideal

Computer hardware knowledge and excellent documentation skills

Knowledge of current Microsoft Desktop, Server and Office platforms is a must

Excellent communication and time management skills
