About the Role

Experienced and detail-oriented Audit and Governance Analyst required to join a high-profile enterprise client on a long-term contract basis.

In this pivotal role, you’ll support the risk, audit, and compliance functions to ensure operational and regulatory alignment across predominantly technology with some business and moving more in that direction over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of governance and compliance frameworks across technology and business
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely data and documentation provision
• Identify control gaps and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions
• Analyse risk registers and provide insightful reporting on control effectiveness
• Monitor compliance with corporate policies, regulatory obligations, and audit recommendations
• Support executive reporting on risk, governance, and audit outcomes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to promote best practices in governance and assurance

About You

• 3–5+ years' experience in audit, governance, risk or compliance within complex mid tier or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit methodologies, and regulatory compliance within technology and business.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
• Proven ability to analyse complex data and present findings clearly
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Risk, Governance, or a related field (e.g. CA, CPA, CISA, or RG146 advantageous)
• Experience working within enterprise systems and GRC tools preferred
