Home Harbor is a growing furniture retailer dedicated to offering stylish, affordable, and high-quality home furnishings. From modern living room sets to timeless bedroom pieces, we help our customers create spaces they love to live in.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-focused Sales Consultant to join our Liverpool Store.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll take the lead in our showroom, playing a key role in driving sales and supporting the daily operations of our store. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the Home Harbor experience

Applying your sales expertise to meet and exceed targets

Participating in creative marketing and promotional campaigns

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Processing, managing, and following up with customers and suppliers orders

Key Requirements:

Experience in a customer-focused retail environment

Strong knowledge (or willingness to learn) about indoor furniture, including lounges, dining settings and beddings

Ability to juggle sales tasks while providing excellent service

Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Experience resolving customer complaints professionally and effectively

Availability to work across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trading

Experience in Microsoft Word/Excel, and Retail Express or similar POS system
