About the role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant to join the Pazazz Blinds & Shutters team in Newcastle. As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth by providing exceptional customer service and securing new sales through home visits and consultations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting in-home visits and consultations with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrating Pazazz Blinds & Shutters product range and providing expert advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Preparing detailed quotations and proposals to present to customers.
• Converting sales leads into closed deals through effective sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and continuously seeking new leads.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an In-Home Sales Consultant or similar sales role, preferably within the home furnishings or decor industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, while also collaborating effectively with the wider team.
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
• A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
