Your New Role at a Glance
This is a busy, fast-moving role supporting a high volume of conveyancing matters alongside two experienced Paralegals. You’ll play a key role in preparing up to 100 settlement documents per day, so your organisation and attention to detail will be paramount to your success in the role. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and processing settlement documentation
• Working within key conveyancing platforms such as PEXA
• Liaising with clients, agents, financial institutions and external stakeholders
• Supporting billing and file management processes
• Ensuring key deadlines are met without compromising quality

What you’ll bring
This is a standard paralegal role, so while formal qualifications are preferred but aren't essential, experience in Queensland Conveyancing matters is non-negotiable.

The team is looking for someone confident in managing complex files, is an expert with PEXA and other conveyancing softwares, has a good understanding of the billing process, with the ability to step into a high-volume workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
