The role

Our client is a boutique general practice law firm on the northside, 5 kms from Brisbane CBD. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will run residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Duties include contract perusal, dealing with clients and brokers, banks, agents, following up on outstanding conditions, on line searches, settlement statements, PEXA settlements, on line stamping and lodgements and general file management duties.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience.

Long established general practice law firm. Friendly and supportive staff culture. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience. 1 to 2 days WFH after probation.
