Well established law firm centrally located in the Brisbane CBD. Total staff of 50.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running residential conveyancing files from start to finish. You will also assist with commercial conveyancing files. Your duties will include:

• client liaison including contract perusal
• preparing correspondence and documents
• first and final letters
• on line searches and in house stamping
• PEXA settlements and settlement statements
• and general file management duties.

You

The ideal candidate for this position will have 3 years conveyancing paralegal experience.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary between $75,000 - $85,000 plus Super, dependent upon experience
• Monthly morning teas, weekly drinks, team building days
• Free on site parking
