The Role

Within this role, you will work alongside another family law paralegal and a team of family lawyers, including a family law accredited specialist. The team is award winning and they work with private clients. Duties include:

• Drafting family law documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients
• Preparation and drafting of briefs, assisting with trial preparation, assisting with maintaining case files, court orders and affidavits.
• Online court filing and liaising with the Family Law Court
• Coordinating meetings and conferences.
• General administration as required.

Your Experience

You will have 2+ years Family Law Paralegal experience. You will also have very strong client service skills and organisational skills.
