About Us:
ToTo is a vibrant café and restaurant located in Warrnambool, offering modern Australian and Turkish-inspired breakfast, lunch, and occasional evening events. We are seeking a qualified chef to join our passionate kitchen team.

Position Summary:
As a qualified Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, overseeing food presentation, maintaining food safety standards, and collaborating with the team to contribute to menu innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present meals for breakfast and lunch service

Ensure food quality and hygiene standards are maintained

Assist with menu planning and stock control

Supervise kitchen operations and support junior staff

Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment

Essential Criteria:

Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and plating

Excellent time management and teamwork skills

Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 per annum (based on experience)
