The Company:
A leading Australian business within the healthcare industry is seeking a bright and motivated Data Analyst to support their Operations team including business intelligence reporting and technical support of their ERP (D365) & Finance reporting system (TM1). This role offers a hybrid working environment but you must be based in Sydney.

The Role:
An opportunity to lead data driven analysis within the finance and operations teams, areas of responsibility include:

• Collaborate with finance and business operations to develop & maintain self-service reports, dashboards (PowerBI) and TM1 (Planning Analytics) cubes.
• Leverage your SQL skills to provide data to internal teams & BI solutions based on business planning, analytics and reporting requirements.
• Build new TM1 cubes to support self-service for new projects & new lines of business.
• Technical support & administration of the data warehouse (SQL) & TMI Analysis platform.
• First point of call for D365 finance modules including GL, AP/AR, Procurement and Fixed Assets including the investigation and resolution of system errors, data discrepancies - collaborating with Finance and IT.
• Become a D365 SME to Finance users on best practices, systems updates and functionalities.
• Proactively find opportunities to optimise the systems and automate manual processes.
• Management and maintenance of data integrations from various practice management systems and integration between D365 and reporting / 3rd party applications.
• Manage ticketing system to prioritise support requests across Business Intelligence and D365 FinOps.

Your Skillset:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field. Finance degree coupled with strong data analysis & reporting experience will be considered.
• Solid SQL database skills and writing complex SQL queries.
• VBA for excel automation.
• Data visualisation tools - PowerBI ideal.
• TM1 cube & dimension creation, rule creation and turbo integrator processes highly regarded (opportunity to learn).
• Experience of ETL & data integration processes.
• Programming and understanding of data structures including linked lists, dictionaries, binary trees, etc.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights to both Finance and non-Finance Stakeholders.
• Motivated self-starter with a growth mindset.
