As a Senior Data & Insights Analyst within the Business Data Analytics team, you’ll lead high-impact national use cases across category, pricing, and product strategy.

One week, you’ll be A/B testing a new promo strategy. The next, you’ll model customer insights to guide major range or pricing decisions. Your work will directly shape national initiatives across hundreds of stores.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, documentation, and execution of national use cases—from scoping to delivery.
• Use SQL, Python, and Databricks to model business scenarios, test hypotheses, and deliver insights that drive real results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Buying, Category, and Operations to align data with business priorities.
• Champion Agile ways of working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You're a strong fit if you have:

• Advanced SQL and Python skills (Databricks a bonus).
• Experience building commercial use cases or analytics projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Exposure to retail, FMCG, or category/price strategy environments.
• A flair for translating raw data into crisp, visual insights that decision-makers can act on.
• Proven ability to present insights and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Proven skills in navigating challenging stakeholders with composure, while taking full ownership of outcomes and solutions
