We’re excited to welcome a new dentist in July—and with that, we’re on the lookout for an additional receptionist to support our expanding team!

No dental experience? No problem! We’ll provide training and support to help you thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, with the potential to step into senior or management roles down the track.

We’re looking for someone confident, organised, with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback and mentoring will set you up for success.

✨ What We are Looking For:

Strong attention to detail

Confidence in working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

Effective time management and organisational skills

🦷 Hours:
7:30/8:00 AM – 5:45/6 PM

We have two roles available:

Dental Assistant

- 4 days per week, an ideal role for someone who is willing to study a Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting and able to commit long-term to the industry. This role involves a mix of reception work as well as dental assisting. No prior experience is required for this role.

Receptionist

- 3-4 days per week (days flexible), an ideal role for someone who has previous reception/administration experience or a uni student seeking a role to accompany their study. This role involves mainly reception duties and no study is required.
