Jamie Fitness is seeking a high-performing Personal Training Area Manager to lead a team of personal trainers across 8+ Snap Fitness locations. You’ll drive consult performance, trainer development, and team culture — while working alongside our director to help scale the business.

🛠 About the Role

This is a fast-paced, full-time role for someone who thrives in a high-performance team and wants to lead from the front.

You will:

Run 6–10+ client consultations per week across multiple gyms and convert them into personal training packages

Mentor and onboard new trainers through a structured, hands-on process

Visit 6-10 gyms per week to observe sessions and support trainer performance

Lead weekly team Zoom calls, monthly skill-building workshops, and 1:1 check-ins

Conduct quarterly performance catch-ups with each trainer

Oversee training quality, trainer retention, and operational consistency

Play a hands-on role in recruitment, pre-screening, and onboarding of new hires

✅ What You’ll Need

Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)

Current First Aid & CPR certification

Valid Working with Children Check

Driver’s licence and access to a car (travel between gyms is required)

Strong calendar and time management skills

2+ years experience as a Senior PT, PT Manager, or Studio Lead

Previous experience as a Personal Training Manager is highly desirable, but not required

Proven record of sales and consult conversions

Comfortable mentoring, giving feedback, and leading team culture

Highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and a natural people-person

Confident working across multiple fitness environments (Snap, Vision, F45, etc.)
