The Star Theatre are looking for our next Duty Manager & Team Member to lead and take the team to new heights!

This role will be mainly Thursday - Sundays, a combination of day and night shifts where needed. With extra hours available to cover staff leave.

Key Critieria;

Lead and manage a small team.

Great time management and organisational skills.

Willingness to learn new skills.

Hospitality experience will be very highly regarded.

Can use initiative and follow clear processes and procedures.

Great customer facing ability with a customer first approach at all times.

Can engage well with a variety of people and our dedicated patrons.

Can work shifts (Days/Nights/Weekends) to suit our business operations.

This role is very physical and does require heavy lifting and cleaning.

Must be willing to complete the following RSA, First Aid Certificate, Food Safety Certificate and Police Check.

For the casual team member - you must be over 16 to obtain a RSA.
