About the role

Join the team at Modern Foods and Beverages' in Malaga, WA as a full-time Food production worker. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality production of a range of food and beverage products. Working as part of a dedicated manufacturing team, you will play a key part in delivering the company's products to customers.

What you'll be doing

Operate various food production equipment and machinery to mix, blend, cook, and package food and beverage products

Efficiently pack and label products for distribution, involves heavy lifting

Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure product quality and safety standards are maintained

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of production areas and equipment

Assist with the set-up and breakdown of production lines as required

Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly output targets

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to hygiene protocols

What we're looking for

Prior experience in a food production or food manufacturing environment is highly desirable

Demonstrated ability to operate a range of production equipment and machinery

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards

Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with others
