Jurassic Bark Doggy Daycare is an all-new jungle experience for our furry customers, unlike anything else in the Melbourne area!

We've already built a great team of humans who are passionate about pups, but we're putting the call out for additional animal attendants, experienced groomers, and bubbly receptionists - preferably with doggy daycare experience who might be the pawfect fit for our existing team.

We offer Doggy Daycare and Grooming (Monday - Friday). There may be a range of shifts available between the hours of 7am - 7pm, as either an AM or PM shift (or both if suited).

Positions would be on a Casual basis, or an option for Part Time or Full Time in the future if it's the right fit for both parties.

Potential candidates would undergo an initial screening phone call, followed by a 2 hour trial shift on another day.

We prefer candidates with experience in a dog daycare, kennel, veterinary, zoology, training, grooming or sitting role.
Customer service, administrative skills and/or reception experience also highly regarded.

Groomers - we're looking for a senior groomer who's personable, autonomous, and passionate.

Essential pre-requisites for the role are:

o Teamwork – You must be able to work in a team environment where all staff members are respectful, communicate well and are able to depend on each other

o Communication & Customer Service – Must have sound customer service experience along with exceptional communication skills

o Physical ability – This role is very physically demanding, must have a “can do” attitude and be prepared to work hands-on with a wide range of dogs

o Time management - The position is fast paced and requires everyone to be able to manage their time and priorities to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

o Extensive canine behavioural knowledge

o Must be comfortable with handling multiple dogs with varying sizes and temperaments
