About the role

Pepper and Murphy is seeking for an experienced and enthusiastic dog groomer to help us grow into a successful store.This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality grooming services for a range of dog breeds, including bathing, brushing, trimming and styling

Ensuring the health and safety of all dogs in your care, and monitoring for any signs of distress or discomfort

Maintaining a clean and organised grooming area, and following all relevant safety and hygiene protocols

Providing exceptional customer service and advice to pet owners

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the business

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in professional dog grooming, with a strong understanding of different dog breeds and their grooming needs at least 1 year.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure

A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing the best possible care for our furry clients

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures with precision

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both dogs and their owners
