About these roles
These are casual positions as a Groomer / Day Care Attendant and a Day Care Attendant at Pack & Pride, a modern pet care provider located in Blacksoil, QLD 4306.

Groomer / Day Care Attendant: You will be responsible for providing professional grooming services and attending to the daily care needs of dogs in our day care facility.

Day Care Attendant: Attending to the daily care needs of dogs in our day care facility.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality grooming services such as bathing, trimming, brushing and styling for dogs of all breeds and sizes (Grooming position)

Maintaining detailed records of each dog's grooming and care services (Grooming position)

Monitoring the behaviour and wellbeing of dogs in the day care and ensuring their needs are met throughout the day

Assisting with the daily operations of the day care facility, including cleaning, feeding, and playtime

Providing exceptional customer service to pet owners

Adhering to all animal welfare and workplace health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a professional dog grooming and / or animal care role

Strong knowledge of dog behaviour, care, and grooming techniques

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A genuine passion for the wellbeing of animals

Relevant qualifications in animal care or grooming would be highly regarded
