­­ZEN, a leading supplier of Architectural Products, specialising in Custom Designed Iron Entry Doors, Steel Glass Doors & Windows, Natural Stone Bathware, Furniture and Suspended Steel Fireplaces are seeking a dynamic and motivated full time Administration & Sales Assistant to join their growing Melbourne based team in Cremorne.

With showrooms in Melbourne and Sydney, ZEN consists of four sub brands including Zen Doors & Windows, Zen Fireplaces, Zen Bathware, Zen Curated with each having a unique line of luxury products.

To join this highly dynamic company, applicants will need to have strong attention to detail and an appreciation for design whilst possessing excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Strong attention to detail

Strong administrative and customer service skills

Strong phone and email manner with proven experience

Previous experience in a customer service/sales admin or pa role

Self-motivation and drive

Willingness to learn new skills

Honesty, loyalty, and a desire to develop a career within a sales environment

High level personal presentation and good work ethic

Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)

Excellent time management

Be highly adaptable and efficient

You will be highly regarded if you have:

Previous experience working in the Construction or Architecture & Design Industries

Ability to read and understand Architectural Plans and Specification Documents

Retail showroom experience

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will include the following:

Assist Operations Manager and Sales Executive with administrational tasks

Respond to email, telephone and social media enquiries

Arrange and Assist with Showroom Consultations

Guide clients through the product selection process

Greet customers in a timely manner

Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate product knowledge

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

Maintain outstanding office/showroom condition and visual merchandising standards

After-sales support

Any other duties as required

The successful candidate will:

Be part of a growing team

Show confidence working in a luxury brand with high end retail clients, builders, developers, architects, and interior designers

Have an appreciation for the requirements of working with a luxury brand, reflected in the quality of their personal presentation and manner

Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Be proficient on Apple Mac

Intermediate MS Office Skills

Have proven working experience in customer service, admin or as a personal assistant/receptionist

Have a passion for high-end product sales

Have solid communication and interpersonal skills

Be friendly, helpful, confident and have an engaging personality

Be a great team player who is self-motivated and highly organised

Have a positive attitude
