Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required

Bonus structure access post probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

Help Manage and oversee all bar operations during shifts

Lead, train, and mentor a team of bartenders and floor staff

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality drinks and service

Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant bar environment

Handle staff scheduling, time management, and conflict resolution

Collaborate with the owner/venue manager to improve workflow, menus, and customer experience

Uphold RSA and licensing regulations at all times
