Senior Network Engineer

• Fulltime permanent position

About the Role
As the Senior Network Engineer, you will take ownership of network architecture design and play a critical role in shaping the security and performance of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Architecture: Deliver scalable, high-performance network solutions integrated with IT systems.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS to protect network integrity.
• Operations & Troubleshooting: Ensure network uptime and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Project Delivery: Lead network projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain network documentation and report on performance and security.

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Strong command of protocols like TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, and QoS.
• Expertise in network security, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS.
• Proficient in monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime).
• Experience with cloud networking, SDN, and virtualization is desirable.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE (or equivalent) highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading complex network projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive learner committed to continuous improvement.
