Are you an experienced, people-focused leader with a passion for hospitality? We’re on the lookout for a talented Café Manager to take the reins of our vibrant café and events space.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help bring memorable moments to life.

What You’ll Do
As Café Manager, you’ll be the heart of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and customers leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing day-to-day café operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
Leading by example to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
Delivering outstanding customer service and handling any issues with professionalism and care
Collaborating with the wider team to develop menu offerings and creative concepts
Implementing marketing strategies to boost foot traffic and drive revenue
Identifying and applying process improvements for efficiency and profitability
Providing training, coaching, and regular performance reviews to support team growth
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is warm, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Ideally, you’ll have:
4–5 years of experience in café management
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
Experience in sales and inventory management
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to multitask under pressure
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Qualifications in hospitality management or a related field (preferred but not essential)
Certifications
Applicants should hold (or be willing to obtain) the following current certifications:
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Barista Certification (Barista training or equivalent experience)
WWCC (Working with Children Check)
Police Clearance / National Criminal History Check
Safe Food Handling certifications
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Highly regarded)
First Aid / CPR Certification (Desirable)
