Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Australian Driver's licence

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration

Tasks & responsibilities

This role requires a proactive, organised individual with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Key responsibilities include:

Managing commercial property portfolios, including prospecting and client engagement

Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed reports

Processing tenancy applications and creating lease agreements

Managing rent arrears, annual rent reviews, and lease renewals

Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor work

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards

Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records (strong bookkeeping and administrative skills essential)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other property management software (advantageous)
