Our client is a specialist firm focused on managing retail, industrial, and commercial properties. With a steadily growing portfolio, they’re now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager to join their team.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Help manage a dynamic portfolio of retail, industrial, and commercial properties
• Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance and repair works
• Support lease administration and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist with budgets, financial reports, and arrears follow-up
• Attend property inspections and support new tenant onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

• Some exposure to property management (bonus if it’s in commercial, industrial, or retail)
• Clear communication skills and a knack for staying organised
• A genuine passion for commercial real estate
• Eagerness to grow within a supportive and fast-paced team
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
• Certificate of Registration
