THE ROLE
As a Senior Legal Secretary your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting 2 Partners and wider team
- Phone and email management for both partners
- File and document management ensuring adherence to court rules and deadlines.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and time entry tasks for attorneys
- Conduct legal research and draft documents
- Admin and adhoc tasks when required

ABOUT YOU
To be considered a desirable candidate you will have:
- Minimum 5 years experience as legal assistant/secretary in commercial or corporate area of law
- Have previous billing experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while working collaboratively within a team-focused legal environment
- A can-do work approach
