What is the role?
- Direct support to a well-respected Special Counsel;
- Drafting and amending legal documents, court forms, and correspondence;
- Diary and email management, scheduling appointments and hearings;
- File management (opening, closing, and maintaining case files);
- Billing, time entry, and liaising with clients and medical professionals; and
- Preparing briefs to counsel and assisting with court documents.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary (health or litigation preferred);
- Confident supporting senior lawyers and managing competing priorities;
- Excellent organisational and document formatting skills; and
- Strong attention to detail.
