About the role

As the Duty Manager at Sana Restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of this dynamic hospitality establishment. Working in a full-time capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, while fostering an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing

Manage the restaurant floor, staff and overall service delivery to customers

Oversee and coordinate the work of Front of House and Kitchen teams to ensure seamless service

Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy

Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management

Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure adequate stock

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (2+ years) as a Duty Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role

Strong operational and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Thorough knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and regulations

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using relevant hospitality management software and technology

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience
