About the Role
As a Duty Manager at Miami Bakehouse, you’ll be responsible for leading shifts, motivating team members, and ensuring our customer experience is always first class.
We operate 7 days a week, with shifts available between 5am and 8pm. Rosters are set on a three-week cycle, offering both visibility and variety.
Our Locations:
· Gilberts – Rouse Road, Mandurah
· Falcon – Old Coast Road, Falcon
· Southbound – Forrest Highway, West Pinjarra
· Northbound – Forrest Highway, West Pinjarra
Who We’re Looking For
You might already be a Duty Manager or Supervisor in hospitality, or a confident Cafe Assistant ready to step up. Either way, you’ll bring:
· A calm, steady leadership style in fast-paced environments
· Strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude
·The physical energy to work hands-on with the team
· A valid driver’s licence to access all store locations
