About the role

Roadline Civil Contractors' is seeking a driven and experienced Civil Project Manager to play a key role in the delivery of our infrastructure projects across Broome, WA. As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of civil construction projects, from planning and execution through to successful completion. This is a full-time position based in our Broome office. option to relocate.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of civil construction projects
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Provide strong leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively to mitigate delays and cost overruns
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout project lifecycles
• Communicate project status and any critical developments to senior management and key stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Civil Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex civil construction projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and reporting, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to the civil engineering sector
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
