We are looking for an ambitious construction professional to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects from award to final handover. This is role is for an individual who is looking to apply their expertise to be a significant member of the team.

THE ROLE

Manage projects between $500,000 - $5,000,000

Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of projects, from award to final handover.

Perform accurate and clear site measures

Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and met.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and installation.

Maintain a regular site presence and conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project duration.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, variations, and progress reports.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Perform post-project analysis and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

ABOUT YOU

Your ability to find solutions and have a can-do attitude will ensure that you succeed in this role. Previous experience in project management of commercial glazed facades, windows and doors, glazing, custom cladding & metalworks works preferred.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with expertise in aluminum windows, commercial glazing, or facades.

Strong industry network with established relationships with suppliers and installers.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects, ensuring successful outcomes.

Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets, expenses, and resources.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.

Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.

You are a team player.

Proficiency in MS office suite

Excellent knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Trade back ground or degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering

Hold a current driver’s license and have full unrestricted right to work in Australia.
