About the Role
We are currently seeking a female Disability Support Worker to support a participant living with a brain injury caused by alcoholism. The participant requires assistance with self-care, daily routines, and light domestic support in her home in Boronia, VIC.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a calm, non-judgmental support worker looking for consistent work and a chance to make a meaningful difference.
About the Role
Support a female participant with an acquired brain injury
Assist with:
Personal care and hygiene
Meal preparation
Light house cleaning
Participant is a smoker – applicants must be comfortable in a smoking environment
4-hour shifts on:
Monday afternoons
Wednesday afternoons
Friday afternoons

Female applicants only (participant preference)
Calm, reliable, and respectful attitude
Comfortable working in homes where smoking occurs
Previous experience in disability or mental health support preferred
