Crommelin is seeking an enthusiastic Reception Administrator to join our team, handling both administrative and reception duties. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily activities and the success of the team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity where your contributions will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of customer service calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Process customer orders, payments (via EFT or cash), and invoices daily.
Provide freight quotes and manage Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
Maintain and update our database, file documents, and ensure organised records.
Compile warranty documents and manage related processes.
Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Perform general office duties.
Conduct audits on job processes and liaise with relevant managers.
Assist in planning and organising functions and events.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
About You:
You have a professional and friendly telephone manner, with experience in screening and delegating calls.
Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is highly regarded.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
A problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A team player who is reliable and punctual.
