We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our growing team.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Determining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating budgetary and accounting strategies, policies and plans in consultation with other Managers

Analyse and deliver clear financial insights to guide leadership decisions, particularly in relation to business growth, operational funding, and financial sustainability.

Assist with the setup, enhancement, and ongoing performance of internal accounting systems to support accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Support the preparation of key financial documents, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections used to assess current performance and guide strategic planning.

Participating in financial forecasting and reporting efforts to assist in long-term business planning and resource allocation.

Identify strategies for cost reduction and operational efficiency within the organisation.

Ensure smooth and efficient financial processes, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting role

XERO or similar software experience required

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Professional presentation and attitude, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Ability to work well within a team and autonomously

Participate in practice risk management and quality improvement processes
