In this position, you'll collaborate closely with various teams across the business, including; Business Development, Sales, and Engineering, to provide top-tier support to customers in Japan. You'll also have the opportunity to work with and learn about a wide range of cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Japanese communication skills essential
• Understanding of Linux and networking devices
• Testing products, troubleshooting issues, and updating documentation
• Manage installations, maintenance, and support for systems
• Be the main contact for Japan-based customers
• Provide technical feedback and input for product development
