This private developer is rapidly growing its operations as a result of the outstanding opportunities presented by the property market. The culture is fast-paced, growth-orientated, and engaging, and you will get the opportunity to be exposed to highly experienced senior managers with strong backgrounds in investments and development.

As part of this growth the need for a new Senior Development Accountant has arisen, over time this will step up to a Development Finance Manager position with a team under it.

Key duties for this role include:

Financial analysis across development projects

Business partnering with Development Managers at project meetings to provide insights

Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes for projects

Monthly reports, reconciliations and commentaries for senior management

Assisting with cashflow requirements

Oversight of project administration duties

Process improvement and creation of new project templates

You will be CA/CPA qualified or studying, with 5+ years Accounting experience within the Developments/Construction sector with exposure to development accounting ideally around apartments. In addition you'll be able to work autonomously, engage well with stakeholders at all levels, be adaptable to change and have a confident approach.
