About the Role Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and being the glue that keeps teams aligned and high-performing?
Our client is a key service to the Residential Construction industry. They are looking for a Customer Success and Operations Officer who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and is eager to take ownership of processes that drive client satisfaction and business growth

  • Be the right hand to the Director – providing executive assistance support and helping the team stay on track.
  • Champion the customer experience – from onboarding to ongoing support, you’ll ensure our clients are happy, heard, and thriving.
  • Own the workflow – coordinate meetings, allocate tasks, track deliverables, and recommend process improvements.
  • Report with purpose – deliver clear, data-driven weekly updates on key metrics: sales, productivity, and client engagement.
  • Build lasting relationships – develop a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, ensure timely resolution of issues, and always go the extra mile.
  • Promote product adoption – help clients get the most out of our services and identify opportunities to add value.
  • Get social – monitor social media activity and suggest strategies to grow awareness and business opportunities.

About You

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A strong sense of ownership and ability to drive team culture
  • Experience with workflow/project management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
  • Hands-on experience with Xero (intermediate level)
  • Background in sales, marketing, or customer success
  • Bonus points for exposure to the building or construction industry

Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of upwards of $90k + superannuation.
