About the Role
As our Finance officer, you'll play a key role in managing our accounts payable and receivable functions. You’ll ensure timely, accurate reconciliation and reporting, and oversee motor vehicle administration, including financial recordkeeping for fleet operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your adaptability and problem-solving will make a real impact.
Accounts Receivable
- Generate and issue invoices
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
- Process remittance advices
Accounts Payable
- Enter and code invoices
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for approvals
- Process payment batches and manage payment terms
- Address internal and external payment enquiries
Corporate Cards, and Banking
- Record, reconcile, and process corporate card transactions
- Manage online banking processes including allowance transfers and card maintenance
- Liaise with cardholders and banking providers as needed
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need to have;
Qualifications and Certificates
- Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than six months)
- A valid Driver’s licence
Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in accounts payable/receivable
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team player who is also confident working independently
- Open to continuous learning and process improvements
Desirable
- Lived experience of mental health recovery or as family members of people with a lived experience of recovery is desirable
Attitude
- Positive attitude towards people experiencing mental distress.
- The ability to live RW values in all workplace tasks and interactions.
- Pro-active individual who is enthusiastic and committed to upholding RW values and principles
This role is full-time working Monday to Friday, based out of Cannington.
