An established and well-funded property group is seeking a Land Development Manager to take ownership of new and ongoing residential land projects in the Perth. With a strong project pipeline, supportive leadership, and real decision-making responsibility, this is a career-defining role for someone ready to lead.

Reporting to the Development Director, the role will suit someone with experience managing residential subdivisions from acquisition handover through approvals, civil delivery, and handover to sales.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage the full development lifecycle from planning to construction and delivery.

• Oversee design, authority approvals, procurement, and consultant management.

• Drive project timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes.

• Liaise with engineering, planning, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Coordinate civil construction delivery and servicing milestones.

• Engage with local councils, utility providers, and regulatory bodies.

• Identify risks and proactively implement project solutions.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in residential land development or project delivery.

• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale subdivisions.
