About the role

Join the dynamic orthopaedic team as an Inventory Analyst. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in the distribution and logistics of essential medical equipment across the country. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, optimising stock levels, and ensuring the timely delivery of medical devices to healthcare providers.

What you'll be doing

Monitor and analyse inventory data to identify trends, optimise stock levels, and minimise wastage

Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer needs

Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, orders, and deliveries

Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems and processes

Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the smooth flow of medical devices

Identify and resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies

Provide regular reports and insights to management on inventory performance

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry

Proficiency in using inventory management software and data analysis tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
