WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW

• This QA Officer is responsible for ensuring that operational processes
  and the medical devices manufactured comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• In this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental health and safety programs to
  ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
• This role will work to minimise occupational health risks, reduce environmental impact, and promote a culture of safety throughout the organisation.

WHAT QUALS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/engineering field or equivalent plus relevant qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety
• Experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated industry (e.g. medical device or pharmaceutical) preferred.
• Experience in setting up and managing a WHS program complying with Australian regulations and standards.
• Must have full Australian working rights (citizen, permanent resident, or appropriate visa).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally and externally.
• Problem solving & decision making/adaptability & flexibility.
• Must be able to work 5 days a week in Lane Cove West.
