About the Role:
Join a well-established aged care provider as a Residential Manager, leading the daily operations of a high-performing facility. In this senior leadership role, you will drive excellence across care delivery, compliance, team performance, and resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full operational function of the aged care home, ensuring adherence to industry legislation and accreditation standards
• Provide strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion
• Oversee budgets, rosters, and resource planning to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and promote high levels of staff engagement and resident satisfaction
• Build collaborative relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders to ensure transparent and responsive care
• Implement, monitor, and review quality systems to maintain compliance and promote best practice care

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (preferred but not essential).
• Qualifications in Healthcare, Management or Finances are desirable.
• Proven experience in managing aged care or health services, with strong operational and leadership capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding, and regulatory compliance
• A strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and influence change
• Passionate about aged care, quality service delivery, and team development
