The Role:
Heal At Home is seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused individual as Administration Assistant to join our compassionate team. This is a permanent fulltime role based at our Salisbury office with working from Monday to Friday. You will have some flexibility to work from home.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and staff, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, take messages, escalate enquiries to the relevant team
Manage client referrals and conduct follow ups in a timely manner
Respond to enquiries appropriately to internal and external stakeholders
Perform administrative tasks including arranging meetings, data entry, record keeping
Accurately enter new client information into the system
Support management team with day-to-day tasks
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in community care or NDIS industry
Experienced in Microsoft Office Suit
Maintain high standards in data entry and record keeping
Able to work in a team environment and also independently at times
Customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:
Current and valid National Police Check (Issued within last 12 months)
Current full SA driver's licence
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Right to work in Australia
