Our clinic treats a range of complex medical conditions requiring multi-disciplinary input. We work closely with referring GPs & specialists to ensure optimal continuity of care for our patients.
Your Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive referral growth and build meaningful clinical relationships. This is not an account management role — it’s a chance to create, shape and execute referral strategies from the ground up.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Identifying and developing new referral pathways across GPs, specialists, and hospital networks
Engaging referrers and presenting the clinic’s capabilities through meetings, education sessions, and events
Collaborating with clinical and executive teams to align service offerings with market needs
Mapping referral activity and managing a live pipeline of leads
Analysing data, providing market feedback, and adjusting strategies accordingly
Reporting on KPIs and patient growth outcomes
What You’ll Bring
A proven track record in healthcare business development, medical sales, or clinical referral growth
Deep understanding of how referrals work in private healthcare (GPs, specialists, insurers, etc.)
Ability to engage with stakeholders from frontline clinicians to C-suite executives
Confidence in delivering information sessions to healthcare professionals and supporting education initiatives
Strong organisational and reporting skills, including activity tracking and results analysis
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
Bonus points if you also bring:
Experience in private hospital, allied health, medical device, or specialist clinic environments
Existing GP, specialist, or insurer network in SEQ
