Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's key banks to find an experienced Senior Business Analyst for to support a WorkDay Finance program

Initial 6 month contract

Experience required:

• You are a strong seasoned Business Analyst with: 5+ years experience as a BA on SDLC programs
• Experience working on ERP project with specialisation in Finance (AP, AR, GL, expenses), reporting, data migration domain
• Experience working independently on projects across the full SDLC from early ideation to execution and embedment in BAU.
• Strong core BA skills including process mapping
• Experience in gathering stakeholder needs and translating these to detailed requirements
• Experience in business process modelling using software such as MS Visio or other enterprise endorsed platforms.
• Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA and Confluence)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work through complexities
