Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with a proven track record in Core Banking systems and complex financial environments and support multiple high-impact projects across their core banking portfolio. You will join a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on delivering large-scale banking initiatives. Working closely with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders, you will drive the analysis, documentation, and design of solutions in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on multiple project assignments concurrently within a Core Banking environment

Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements

Convert Agile 'User Stories' into clear, structured business requirements for technical teams

Develop and review functional specifications and business rules

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs

Review and support test plan and test script creation

Contribute to solution design in partnership with client technical leaders and SMEs

Skills & Experience:

5–10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking and Finance domain

Proven experience delivering Core Banking or similar financial system projects

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and mentor

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and converting user stories into BRDs
