Key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Engaging with senior stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of a finance transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conducting gap analysis, process mapping, and define future-state operating models.
• Working closely with finance, technology and operational teams to drive change.
• Developing clear and concise documentation, including business cases, process maps and functional specifications.
• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met and business objectives achieved.
• Ensuring governance, compliance and regulatory considerations are met.

As the successful candidate, you will offer:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on finance transformation projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process improvement and business case development.
• Experience within insurance is highly desirable, but candidates from banking or broader financial services, who have worked across significant finance transformations will also be considered.
• Knowledge of finance systems, reporting and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
